RoboTire is a Michigan-based robotics and automation company that designs and manufactures cutting-edge systems for the next-level advantage of auto repair shops, fleet operators and dealerships everywhere.

We launched in 2019 with an important goal in mind: to make automotive service safer for technicians, faster for customers, and better for businesses. Our first-generation automated tire-changing system was successfully deployed in 2020.

Victor Darolfi

Founder and Chief Executive Officer

With over a decade of experience in designing, fabricating, and building process automation equipment, Victor has built various turnkey robotics equipment spanning the automotive, aerospace, food & beverage, and semiconductor industries. As a thought leader in the robotics industry, he has developed operational technology for companies including Tesla, SpaceX, Zume Pizza, Space Systems/Loral, Zee Aero, Intel, and Lam Research.

Benjamin Wilson

Senior Manager of Operations

Ben brings more than 20 years of experience in operations for automotive service and retail brands to his role at RoboTire, where he is responsible for developing RoboTire’s retail footprint regionally and nationally, as well as business development, training, and retail operations. He is an experienced go-to-market leader and in previous roles has managed business lifecycle management, multi-site operations, sales & operations planning (S&OP), supply chain, and leadership development programs.
